Somfy RTS (Radio Technology Somfy)

The Somfy Glydea RTS line is the industry-standard choice for high-end, reliable motorized drapery tracks using Somfy’s proprietary Radio Technology Somfy (RTS). Instead of relying on your home Wi-Fi network, internet connection, or an automation hub, these motors communicate directly with their control switches using Radio Technology Somfy (RTS).

Omnidirectional Frequency: RTS operates on a dedicated radio frequency of 433.42 MHz.

One-Way Communication: RTS is a broadcast-only ("fire-and-forget") protocol. The remote commands the motor to move, but the motor cannot transmit data back to state its exact location or confirm if the command was successfully completed.
