Dual-Protocol Radios: Houses a 433.42 MHz radio to control legacy RTS motors alongside a 2.4 GHz mesh radio for next-generation Zigbee 3.0 smart motors. Device Limits: A single hub supports up to 40 channels of RTS products and up to 60 individual Somfy Zigbee products. Scale Limits: Up to 10 TaHoma switches can be linked together within the same home network to expand wireless range and build large, multi-zone installations. Physical Buttons: Features customizable shortcut buttons on top of the chassis to launch preset localized automation scenes instantly without opening your phone. Functional Design Highlights The Somfy TaHoma Switch is the central smart home hub for Somfy-powered motorized window treatments. Controls up to 60 Somfy Zigbee products and 40 channels of RTS motorized products from a single app. The TaHoma app allows users to set schedules, create scenes, and control all window treatments remotely from anywhere. Compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Apple Home (with select Zigbee motors), Philips Hue, Control4, Crestron, Savant, Elan, RTI, URC, SmartThings, and more via the Somfy Synergy API.
