Shipping & Delivery

All orders including custom-made products such as traverse rods and motorized tracks ship within 10–15 business days of receiving your order.

If an item is delayed or out of stock, we will contact you with an updated shipping estimate.

Shipping Zone We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii.

Oversized Items Oversized items incur additional carrier surcharges. Oversized items include but are not limited to:

• Unspliced Kirsch Estate Traverse Rods exceeding 93" in length
• Unspliced Somfy Glydea Motorized Tracks exceeding 93" in length

Freight Shipping (192" and above) Items exceeding 192" in length require freight shipping. Our website cannot calculate freight charges automatically. Please contact us before placing your order for a freight quote.
