All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products All drapery rods, traverse rods, and motorized tracks are manufactured to your exact specifications. Because these items are custom-built to order, they cannot be restocked or resold, and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +1 (954) 933-5720 with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
